DESCRIPTION:Agenda \n\n12:00-1:00 – Lunch and networking\n1:00-1:05 – Welcome and announcements\n1:05-2:00 – Matching time\n\n15 minutes of highlighted youth and families\n40 minutes of general matching\n\n\n2:00-2:45 – Discussion time – Topic: pre-match meeting questions\n\n20 minutes small group discussion (CSRs and family workers separated)\n20 minutes large group discussion\n\n\n2:45-3 – Dessert and networking\n\nFormat of matching: We will have 5 different characteristics of youth or families on signs posted around the room (sibling group\, between ages 0-11\, age 12+\, LGBTQ+ affirming/identifying\, skills to raise youth with sexualized behaviors/youth who have sexualized behaviors). When you arrive\, please tape any families’/youths’ flyers that fit those characteristics under each sign. Families and youth can have a flyer under more than one sign (ex. A family is LGBTQ+ affirming AND open to youth ages 12+; their flyer could go under both categories). This is meant to help matching go more smoothly and to assist workers in spending time looking at flyers that are relevant to their caseload. This is NOT meant to essentialize a family or youth\, or to represent their entire identity. Please also bring extra flyers for other workers to take with them.
