SUMMARY:Changing Change: Supporting Children and Teens Through Transitions
DESCRIPTION:Change is a constant in life and frequently within the foster care and adoption systems.  Unfortunately\, we often feel poorly prepared or trained on how to best support children and teens within these transitions.  This workshop will  explore the mental health impacts of change as well as provide tools for helping children and teens cope with change.
