A Primer on how to prepare for and present credible professional testimony in depositions, hearings, and trials (and survive to tell about it).  We will discuss direct examination v. cross examination, preparation, concurrent role of expert, deposition v. trial/hearing testimony, tips to be most effective… and what this all means! Whether you are a county worker or foster parent, understanding the other folks in the courtroom and their roles will leave you feeling more prepared and comfortable in front of a judge.  There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
