There are 16 Minnesota-based agencies that are funded by MN DHS to provide Permanency Support Services to kinship, foster, and adoptive families and the professionals who serve these communities throughout the state.

Permanency Support Services (PSS) vary by agency and range from services that are available to families who are just getting started to those who have already finalized adoptions or Transfers of Permanent Legal and Physical Custody (TPLPC) and are in need of resources and supports. A number of services are available to professionals who serve children, youth, and families within these communities as well.
