This workshop explores how secure attachment and responsive caregiving support healthy brain development, emotional regulation, and behavior in young children – we will frame this in the context of research and Circle of Security Parenting. Participants will learn how everyday interactions shape attachment/connection, how to interpret behavior through an attachment lens, and practical strategies to strengthen connection and support children’s emotional needs.
