Mending Relational Ruptures: Skills Practice + The Blueprint for Hope: Helping Clients Build a Vision for Recovery

June 2, 2026

In partnership with the Center for Practice Transformation, we invite you to join us for two free in-person training opportunities. The first part of the day will be led by Michael Van Wert, MPH, MSW, LICSW, and will cover relational ruptures, or breakdowns in our bond with clients, which are a normal and sometimes messy part of working with clients. The second part of the day will be led by Steve Carlson, PsyD, and will explore the inner and outer work of “Hope” amidst the current political climate, emphasizing community bridging and collective strategies to foster peace, justice, and a shared vision for transformation. Please join us for one or both events!
