What do teens bring to the table? What assets do they have since they have no money? First, teens need to be seen beyond their needs while in foster care. They need to be viewed as experts in their own right from an asset-based perspective. This session is designed to expose participants to the concept of ‘asset-framing’. Michael facilitates a guided discussion on how to develop a strength-based mindset around teens.
