[Fall Forum] Unlocking the Power of Play for Connection
Play is biologically hard-wired into every human. It’s not frivolous; it’s a powerful, fundamental tool to build resilience, empathy, connection, trust, well-being, creativity, optimism, and more. Play enables human flourishing. In this workshop, we will dive into the neuroscience of play and walk away with practical ways to leverage play in work, relationships, and life.
