The Curly Hair Conversation: let’s start the conversation around understanding the culture of curls & how to confidently communicate with your youth about their curls so you can provide a healthy environment and promote self-esteem.

Curly Products & Styling: It’s crucial to know what products to use and how to use them on curly hair. Then we’ll dive into essential curly styling techniques like coil outs, the wash & go, and keys to damage-free styling and products.

BONUS – Curly Hair Mannequin Head Demo: You can practice in the comfort of a trained curly hair hairstylist, who will walk you through any desired hair technique such as, How to Oil a Scalp correctly, How to Braid, How to Twist Hair or How to Detangle or How to protect curly hair at night and more.

A light lunch will be provided. Parking information and room access will be provided via email the week of the event.

Registration is required for everyone planning to attend, including youth under the age of 18.
