Neurofeedback for Caregiving Families: Building Regulation and Resilience

April 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Early adversity and trauma can shape how the brain develops, especially in the areas that are responsible for attachment, emotion regulation, executive functioning, impulse control, and sleep.  This workshop introduces neurofeedback as a powerful tool to support calming the central nervous system, regulation, resilience, and connection within caregiving families.  Participants will gain a practical understanding of how neurofeedback works, what sessions look like, and how it can be integrated into a broader therapeutic or caregiving plan. This workshop is designed for parents, foster and adoptive families, kinship caregivers, and professionals who support caregiving systems. No prior knowledge of neurofeedback is required.
